Includes use of a covered patio that runs the length of the house.  Occupants can walk down to the river from the patio or sit back and relax with the view.  This is a riverfront property with access to the Thomson River.  The house is built on a slope;  no one can look into the lower level from the road,  but the back is completely above ground.

Tenants rent the bottom of the house, some of which is private and some of which is shared.  The bedroom is of course private.  Private bathroom includes two closets, stand up shower, toilet and sink.  There is a living room with portable electric fireplace.  There is a kitchen for exclusive cooking by the tenants.  Laundry for the house is in this kitchen, so tenants must be OK sharing the washer and dryer.  Kitchen has a double sink, full-size fridge, and a variety of cooking appliances, including induction cooktop, hotplate, toaster oven, microwave and kettle.  The den is shared and has a door.  There is a guest bedroom retained by the landlord.  Otherwise the lower level is for the tenant's use.  Its large; its comfortable; it has lots of storage.  If you need furniture, anything in the pictures can stay. 

The upstairs occupant is a mature woman and her dogs.  A small dog is welcome.  No Drugs.  No smoking.  Reference from previous landlord required.  No big parties.  Small family gatherings are OK. 

Located 13 minute drive to the grocery store Market Fresh Foods.  24 minute drive to downtown Kamloops, the Sahali Shopping Centre with big box stores, and the town of Chase, BC.  Chase has a variety of small-town amenities such as grocery store, fast food, gas, bakery, and library.  Kamloops has all the amenities of a medium-sized urban centre such as olympic size swimming pool, Thomson Okanagan University and major employers.  The exact location is a small side road near the intersection of HWY 1 and HWY 97.
